Shipping Policy

Delivery Address

To ensure orders placed with Crestwalk are delivered correctly and within the expected timeframe, customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information, including street number, apartment/unit, floor, and any additional delivery instructions.

Crestwalk is not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries caused by incomplete address information or when the carrier is instructed to leave the package unattended.


Processing Time

All Crestwalk orders are subject to a processing period separate from shipping time.
The average order preparation time is 0 to 1 business day (Monday through Saturday).


Shipping Time

The average delivery timeframe is 1 to 3 business days from the moment the package is handed over to the courier service.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge on all Crestwalk orders.


Delivery Confirmation

If tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer must contact Crestwalk within 30 days to initiate a claim.

The investigation process with the courier service may take up to 30 days.
Refunds or store credits will not be issued for orders marked as delivered according to the carrier’s official tracking information.


Out-of-Stock Items

If an order includes multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, Crestwalk will ship the available items. For unavailable items, customers will be offered either a replacement product or a refund using the original payment method.

Orders may be delivered in multiple separate packages.
