Refund Policy
All products sold by Crestwalk are covered by our Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back policy.
Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days
Customers have 30 calendar days from receiving their Crestwalk order to return one or more items at their own expense and risk, without providing a reason.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will extend to the next business day.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period require exceptional authorization.
Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Missing or Incomplete Orders
If any item is missing from a Crestwalk order, customers must notify Crestwalk within 24 hours of delivery.
Photos of the package and original packaging may be required.
Order Refunds
Once a return is approved, Crestwalk will issue a refund for the value of the returned item(s).
After the 30-day period, return shipping costs become the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Duties and Fees
Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees paid are non-refundable.
If a Crestwalk package is refused due to customs charges, once returned to the warehouse, the refund will cover only the products received, excluding shipping costs.
Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, used, or are not in resellable condition are not eligible for refunds.
Return Procedure
Customers must contact Crestwalk through the website’s Contact section or available support channels.
Requests must include:
• Order number
• Order date
• Product(s) to be returned
• Quantity
• Reason for return
Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent via email. Items must be properly packaged and dropped off at the designated location.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date the returned product is received or from proof of shipment provided by the customer.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
